"Terrible Widget Experience 🤬😡"
Absolutely the worst widget out there! 🤬😡

Customer support is non-existent. They hit you with a renewal charge without warning, and good luck getting a refund! They even make it tough to find your credit card info, so you can't change or cancel your payment details. It feels like they’re gonna keep charging you, whether you want the service or not.

Seriously, it’s the worst of the worst...

We had to uninstall this app we didn’t want in the first place. But guess what? Their script keeps loading every time our site does, which just slows down our homepage.

I’d advise everyone to steer clear of these folks...

"Chat Software for My Online Store"
I've been using REVE Chat for my online shop, where I occasionally need to showcase a live product to my site visitors. Besides live chat, I can also do voice and video calls with REVE Chat.

While it's super user-friendly, I wish I could tag my visitors based on our chat discussions. I reckon they should consider adding this feature to make it more appealing for business folks like me who want better control over their data. All in all, it's top-notch software for my Shopify store.
